Community collaboration is essential to Indianapolis’ efforts to make homelessness rare.

Trusted Mentors’ partnership model helps agencies provide a service to their client that isn’t available otherwise. These long-term relationships can last even after an agency’s services have ended, thus helping our partnering agencies know that their client is not alone.

We are participants in the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention’s effort to help provide housing and supportive services to clients at risk of homelessness.

We are also participants in the Marion County Reentry Coalition, which works to integrate justice-involved individuals into the community. We are consistently working to expand our networks to help people successfully contribute to the city we share.
